1. Eligibility

2. Services Provided
- Access to financial markets including forex, commodities, indices, and other instruments.
- Brokerage services including spreads, commissions, and transaction fees.
- Company acts as a trading intermediary and does not guarantee profits.
- All trades executed are the responsibility of the Client.
3. Trading Rules
- Minimum Trade Duration: All trades must be held for 90–120 seconds to prevent emotional or rushed exits.
- Minimum Trade Movement: Trades must aim for a minimum $2 movement in asset price before closure.
- Trades closed before these rules may be considered invalid or rejected.
4. Account Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Unauthorized access due to negligence will not be the responsibility of the Company.
- Users must keep their account information updated at all times.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Deposits must be made via authorized payment methods.
- Withdrawals are processed to the original funding source, subject to compliance checks.
- Company may hold or delay withdrawals if fraud or AML concerns arise.
6. Secret PIN Policy
- Non-Recoverable PIN: Your PIN is encrypted and cannot be recovered if lost.
- Excessive Attempts: 5+ incorrect attempts will lock the account automatically.
7. Compliance & Regulations
- Users must complete KYC verification.
- Company complies with AML regulations and may report suspicious activities to authorities.
- Standard KYC verification may take 24 hours.
8. Platform Usage & Responsibility
- Platform use must be legal and for personal investment purposes.
- Use of bots, exploits, or system abuse is strictly prohibited.
- Company is not liable for losses due to downtime, technical issues, or internet failure.
9. Limitation of Liability
Company is not responsible for:
- Losses due to market fluctuations
- Technical failures or downtime
- Client's personal trading decisions
10. Termination of Account
Company may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violating Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Providing false or misleading information
11. Amendments
- Company may update these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of FCA.
- Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of UK.
